Date = Date([Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, Second])
Description
Returns the current system date value. If Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute and Second parameters
are specified, it returns its date representation in seconds. FormatDate() can be used to
transform the date value in user readable format.
